Can also live with Alexis striker and Walcott on the right.

People need to learn a formation is never as fixed as it looks on paper. The defensive behavior of your wing backs is the key to defensive solidity as you can quickly shift to a back five when not in possession.

Or, Gabriel and Holding just turned up good for once and looked like completely different players to usual ;)

Those 2 are why we won, glad they proved me wrong with beast performances. Also Monreal actually remembered how to defend which helped a lot as you said, I expected all the defending to be left to the back 3 cos Monreal has been useless and Ox isn't a defender.

5 shaky mins when Sterling first came on but apart from that him and Sane did pretty much fvck all, Sane ate a lot of Wembley turf n rolled around...bout it.

Looks like 3-4-3 is the way forward for us rn :)

Will never get over those on here who wanted us to buy him for 50+ million.

Would honestly rather have Chamberlain.

Not much difference between either.

Its the ones who say they want Sterling over Theo that makes me lol

Sane was bad pre Xmas as proven when he scored v us.

Picked up a bit since then but also another for his price tag that's been poor.

Pep or new manager has a lot of work to do

I knew we would win this, The FA Cup belongs to us, heck its even named after our own tournament now. Even if I don't get tickets for the final, at least Arsenal will hopefully do another screening at Ashburton (another chance to pitch invade too! ;) )

Watched a recording of the game as I was busy watching paint dry yesterday.
We were rubbish from start to finish. Got totally outplayed and were lucky to win.
At least Wenger seems to have realised that we have a talentless squad and has resorted to long balls and kicking opponents off the pitch. The Wimbledon tactics are the only way such a bunch of useless players can compete.

You watched the wrong game. City had no ideas against our new wall.

Yeah, the first half was shite granted, but we opened them the f**k up in the second. We defo rode our luck at times, but overall we defo deserved that win coming back from a goal down.

Sure, we have learned how to park the bus and hoof the ball and opponents around the pitch.
City scored a perfectly legal goal that was chalked off, hit the bar and hit the post and also scored, so our parked bus even needs more work.

Of course it does, we've played 343 all of two games. We defo looked lost in the first half, but grew into the game in the second. It's not like we were playing a completely shit team in a dead rubber. What did you expect?

Us to fully dominate city at both ends for 90 minutes?

I don't give a shit about them hitting the woodwork either, they should have got their chances on target. If it had been the reverse, people wouldnt be talking about how unlucky we were, they'd be rightfully annoyed at the missed chances and failure to convert from decent opportunities.

Solid performance. From the second half on we were the better team. Great game from Ox, Gabriel, and Holding. Holding seems really really composed in tight spaces.
