It's amazing really. decision making is all over the place, you really can't predict what he will do next. Some players have great games and get dropped, moved to different positions, loaned out or even sold. Looking at players like Joel Campbell for example or Serge Gnabry. Inexplicable why those players are not in the squad right now. His treatment of Perez and the Ox also springs to mind....

Other players can perform badly and are 1st names on the team sheet. I can't make heads or tails out of it.
