Well most of it is butthurt cesc fangirls. After their lover cesc left. They would say shit like like we will never win trphies with ramsey and whoever was left
.And Ramsey shut that down.2 FA cups later better finishes than Cesc era.Peopel are upset they were wrong.

Gooneys mad cause ramsey didnt give him a signature. The rest keep talking about getting better midfielders & that there are better midfielders in europe. Then we get to euro's and they never show up.Rambo ends with top assist ,most tackles won along xhaka at some point & in the euro players of the tournament team. In his first major tournament.

The rest Just dont like him style ,aethestics wise. They have a vision of a CM and try project it on him.Yet no cm like their projection exist. Honestly we are not gonna push for anything without kocielney & rambo in the team. Ironically these two are long standing arsenal members in the team. We need these 2 on fire for major trophy pushes.

Tough game this a grind out result game. Hopefully we warmed up properly.

I think most people dislike Ramsey because he is a selfish player who thinks he is better than he really is.

Need to play the ball around a bit. Tire Burnley out a bit. No way they are keeping this press up.

Game plan needs to be like it was against Swansea

Great defensive header by giroud to deny Ramsey.

I wonder if these teams starting hard and fast cause walcotts not on. The bravery to press us with no care of runners is amazing.

Ramsey is quicker, stronger on the ball, has a superior footballing brain, can do those late runs from the deep and has shown he can score plenty of goals from the midfield. It is ridiculous how underrated our own players are especially when a new signing arrives. Ramsey needs to play centrally and he can do the deed, an action footballer.

Yes he hasn't lived up to the billing fully since that world class season he had for us but against an out of form, out of sorts and ragged Xhaka, i know who i want alongside the automatic starter Coquelin. Yes Xhaka can improve and make a serious contribution to our play but as things stand currently Ramsey and Coquelin are our best bet as a CM pairing.

They play in different parts of the pitch. Xhaka is what the Italians call a regista. Links defense with attack through forward passes. We are better at turning over play with him in the side than coq or elneny. Ramsey is a typical attacking midfielder. Good engine and good runs into the box. Completely different and can't be compared.

Ramsey is not a PURE attacking midfielder. He is an all action central midfielder who is strong in the tackle, can win the ball, has a bullet proof engine in addition to supplying and scoring goals from the midfield. He offers a lot more to us as a player, ticks a lot more boxes and offers us flexibility in our play
