I know this will never happen but i'd love for us to try something like the formation below. What's at stake here, top 4? Don't make me laugh. Happy with Özil starting as a number 10, but to me the guy hasn't looked match fit in recent weeks at all. Think he could use a breather. Instead go with Alexis as a false nine which he has pretty much been his role in the last couple of months.

This is the kind of line-up I would expect against City, not West Brom. I also don't believe Ozil is tired, just poor. Sanchez is the player who could do with a rest.

Would also drop Walcott maybe and play with Perez/Giroud as a striker with Alexis and Iwobi/Ozil playing behind him (3-4-2-1). Having Alexis as the only one capable of running with the ball or even create chances will limit us going forward.
