This is not a good game for Lucas to start.City will dominate and he will be mostly defending most of the time.I expect a 4-0 thrashing on this one.Anyway we were tired in the Everton game and this is just even more taxing. Most improtantly CB partnership is gone and there goes the Title as well.

We will out of title race by Jan 1st week :(

No matter how shit Ozil is in a match you can't drop him otherwise we are effectively useless

Would be classic Arsenal to end a big undefeated run with back to back defeats.

Ozil has one bad game and everyone rounds on him, you were all praising him like a God a few games ago, lets not forget he scored the game before Everton as well.

I don't mind a bit of rotation so he know's he has to compete but at the same time ......... this is City we're playing.

What are you going to say if Ozil is benched and the new CAM (I mean really who have we got to replace him, Ramsey ffs lol) can't get us going and we get beat?

Prob better off going into this fixture on the edge rather than on a roll.

Saying that still rather have some points from last night.

............................Giroud.........................

...................Sanchez...........................

Iwobi........Xhaka..........Coquelin..........Ramsey

Monreal.....Kos.............Gabriel...........Bellerin

............................Ospina..............................

We need aerial presence both while defending and in the opposition penalty area. Giroud will help us bully City centerbacks. City cannot defend for shit at this point and playing both Giroud and Sanchez will keep the heat on their defenders. Ozil looks jaded and needs a break imho. If Ramsey is fit he can be a very useful option on the right with his energy. Sanchez can play off Giroud. Playing just off Giroud will take some attention of opposition defenders off Sanchez. Ospina is younger, fitter, athletic and is in great form at the moment. He deserves a start. This team needs a shake up to wake those people who have taken their starting spots for granted.

We are a reactionary club so yes I wouldn't put it past Wenger.

Thing is he did fk all to "save the day" when he came on against Everton, Perez was far more lively.

To top it off the subs we made actually killed our fight back momentum.

I don't blame Wenger for trying to switch things up but I do blame him for blunting our rhythm and attack by not adding to it via swapping Ox for Perez.

Fair enough he tried out Giroud I won't begrudge him that but Perez just scored a fkin hat trick, at least switch it up in order of common sense.
