It's a bad signing, not because Xhaka himself.
It's a 30+M signing happened very early in the window. And Wenger still does not know how to play him after a few months.
It should be well planed, as an important part of the whole plan for the new season. But it looks more like a last-minute deal. And it costed 30+M.
So the signing is bad, maybe not the worst but very bad.
