This is the one combination that hasn't ever worked as far as I can remember. Rather stick with players that are match fit as well for such a big game.

With Spurs pressing game I think dawdling will cost us, we need to get the ball forward quickly so I would pick:
Cech
Bellerin, Mustafi, Koscielny, Monreal
Cazorla Elneny, Xhaka
Ozil
Walcott Sanchez
2 up top, have an extra body in the middle, Xhaka to ping balls forward for counters. If we feel strong and fit I would go with Iwobi in a 3 pronged attack dropping Elneny to the bench
