Been fearful of Alexis leaving. We need to offer more to players of his passion and quality. Money doesn't always do it.

It does not and it's so avoidable if each player takes his job seriously.

Mertesacker didn't do that today. Neither did Koscielny until it was already too late.

While he has had some good games like v City, Per hasn't been the same since he's won the world cup with Germany.

Wenger's eternal faith in players that are on their way down doesn't exactly help our case either. (Arteta, Flamini, Rosicky, Mertesacker)

About a year ago I made a post about how we might need a new centre back sooner than most of us expect. Chambers should have been loaned out and a fourth centre back should have been brought in. Don't confuse fourth with fourth choice, no someone who could displace Mertesacker with ease, someone who might be Gabriel's future partner. Didn't get much attention at the time but I saw this coming and I hate that our manager didn't.

Btw, if Ozil and Sanchez actually ask for a transfer, it'll just be absolute crap of them, we have a pretty workable team, if you have such a desire to win, it's not impossible to take this team to a title.

If it were Henry and Bergkamp instead of these two with the same players, would they drag us to the title? Yes, so if these two can't, they're just as culpable as the rest.

Same with Cesc/RVP, they had no belief they could drag this team to the title, when it was possible. Cesc has absolutely no guts.
