Good.

As it should be. I'd be worried if he was happy to come off.

To be honest he always looks miserable when coming off.

Wenger was thinking ahead to the manic christmas period

I agree he didn't necessarily have to bring on Alexis but taking off Özil was playing with fire near a gas station. We completely imploded in terms of possession as soon as he was taken off for Ox, inviting pressure from City.

Beating City without Cazorla, Alexis, and Coquelin. Didn't think we'd see that happen.

I remember when people said that we wouldn't have beaten City earlier this year had Ozil played...

Well why the hell not? It's the first season I have genuinely thought we have a chance, it's between us and city and we looked a miles better team tonight, the score line wasn't a true reflection imo, Man Utd are dreadful and have Europa league to contend with, Chelsea are already out of it even if they hit form now. In my opinion top 4 will look something like this come may:-

1st. Arsenal/City
2nd. Arsenal/City
3rd. Spuds
4th. Leicester

That finish from Walcott was hit with absolute conviction, a world class beauty. I hope he can hit more like those this season.

It will be a miracle if we win all our festive fixture with the wafer thin squad we have.

This win is massive for us as its given us beathing space to City, if they continue to struggle away from home we will just need to wait till Leicester eventually fall out of form to pounce.

Leicester have Liverpool away then Man City at home to finish the year then Bournemouth at home in the new year. Even if we don't win all our festive matches we could still be outright top.

Let ozil control the game in the final third and our game will be lots of easier. All he needs is wingers running up and down and the st floating in the box. B2B player is not necessory. The best 2 in 4231 for ozil is 2 DMs. Neither Cazorla nor Ramsey. If Ozil can make 100+ passes per game, which means he is in charge of the game , we will mostly win the game.
