This. Also if Anderlecht bully them like in the first leg their confidence level will hit rock bottom come next weekend.

That precisely.

You won't expect Deb, Chambers, Gabriel, and Flamini to fill in for our attackers. If things aren't working with the set of 11 players we field, we don't have a game changer on the bench.

Gibbs can be very effective attacking-wise. Started off as an AM/LW.

If things aren't working, Gibbs could come on, Sanchez can go right, and Campbell could play up top instead of Giroud.

Debuchy could also come on, push Bellerin further up, and again Campbell could play centrally.

Campbell playing with pace and a bit of freedom will be the tactical change that brings a change to the way the providers play (the way Walcott provides options). It's far from ideal, but Bellerin and Gibbs are both effective further up, and the switch up top with Campbell is almost identical to having Theo as an alternative to Giroud. Still threadbare, still not ideal...still desperately missing Wilshere, Rosicky and the rest. But considering the injuries, they're actually pretty good options.

Wenger confirmed earlier that Chambo may be fit for this!

Big news.

In what parallel universe does an Arsenal player return ahead of schedule?

Would be great news, hope he's fit for Tottenham even if he misses this.

If I remember correctly Giroud came back early from his long-term injury last season.

Koscielny also returned a week or two earlier than expected a month ago.

Even if Ox is back, I'd want Campbell to start this. Ox is always better as an impact sub.

Huge game this aside from the rivalry aspect. They've been in decent form lately and our European mishaps coupled with injury issues have us on the ropes a bit. If we can get a win here going into the international break we'll be looking much better.

These injuries are down to Wenger not buying or getting some loans as backup. He has overstretched a few players and we are getting all these muscle injuries keeping players out for 2/3 weeks now.

Sounds about right, one, I just hope we don't embarrass ourselves.

Cech
Debuchy - Mertesacker - Koscielny - Monreal
Coquelin - Cazorla
Campbell - Ozil - Alexis
Giroud

Picks itself really.
