However I still can't believe the way we were going all out-attack through the whole game. I thought the whole point of Flamini coming on was to sure things up in the middle and sit alongside Coquelin, but no he was practically playing as a second striker when he came on. Common sense has to prevail at times. Although we won I do not want the same mistake happening again and costing us potentially. Bellerin, as much as I like him I think he is too obsessed with attacking and when we are in front with a slender lead please just hold your position for a bit!

Agree, but after 2nd goal vs Bayern in dying minutes :dontknow:

He clearly watched the ball first to check if it would go out, then did the fist pump.

Unless you can name an Everon player who can accelerate from 0 mph to 600 within a space of 0.5 second you have no point.

Former Everton manager passing I believe.

Howard Kendall :(

Legend

Indeed
Did some great work with martin keown when he was at Everton before he came back to arsenal
Defenders that are comfortable on the ball was something that Kendall was big on
Old enough to have seen him play for Everton and birmingham at highbury in the seventys
Remember him scoring against us on a New Year's Day for everton( we needed a late equaliser from peter Simpson)
1972 alan balls home debut we signed him for a record 220,00 the photographers were following him round the pitch before the kick off such was the media interest in our record signing
It was even on match of the day that night but had a look on you tube and can, t find it
God bless him

'Twas a good tackle indeed and his foolishness didn't cost us in the end. Done enough to merit a place alongside our best CB.

Bye Kos.

If that's making a fool of yourself then I have made a fool of myself every single time I have been over the arsenal and I couldn't give a f**k

I believe most of us are. He is a talent already, he might become world class. Some of his tackles are perfectly timed, and he is still young. That passion is what we need more of. Coquelin had me when he mimicked the predator screaming and snarling at players for being out of position last season.

We need more players who outright refuse to lose.

An Everton throw which they took quickly whilst Gabriel was reacting to his tackle. Hence the reason he started looking around, get his head back in the game.

Save the celebrating for after the game.
