Costa should be made to miss 2 games and the return game against us.

Gabriel is lucky.

The return game against us?

Since when could the FA dictate which games a player is banned for?

They can't I am just saying in a ideal situation that would be fair.

Wasn't he retrospectively banned last season as well?

He didn't learn from that. Deduct points. Jose and especially Roman will soon put an end to his theatrics

Even though Dean was completely useless, Gabriel still did kick out, he could get a one match ban AFAIK.

No. In the gif that Alexis17 is showing its obviously clear that he is trying to 'kick' him, which is still a very idiotic thing to di right under the ref's nose. Whether he actually hit him or not is not really relevant.

Tbf, agreed. If you're going to kick someone, do it during the game and harder than a graze on the sock.

Lifting your leg like that was pointless. Still, how anyone can say thats violent conduct and a sending off is beyond me.

A push in the chest is more violent than that.

Mike Dean is probably sitting on his sofa drinking sofa and trolling on club penguin while reading all the articles. he blatantly saw Costa swipe at Ox at the end, didn't fancy doing nothing then because he didn't have fabregas waving in his face?

f***ing idiot.

Well there goes most of the affection I had for Cesc... Honestly didn't notice him there at the time. Was too annoyed.

Won't be very long until another honest, straight forward youngster gets turned into an arrant knave like the rest of the lot...

That was not a kick ffs, he literally just lifted his leg up.

There was nothing violent about it, at worst it was petulant and worthy of a final warning but considering Costa was berating him in his ear from behind it was certainly not worth another card.

If anyone didn't leave it be it was Costa.
