These days results as these make me laugh than rage. We're an abomination in the CL.

I hope we sell Giroud in Jan. Have had too much of his sh!t self.

And why is Alexis looking like poor man's Alexis this season?

The result shows yet again how Le Coq is our most important player atm. And welcome home, Wally, You're on your way to caiming the throne.

Said before the game it wouldn't be easy , still confident when we were 1-0 down though. That Giroud red card was unacceptable , yeah it was harsh, but there's no excuse for that first yellow. Ruined the entire game tbf.

The level of self-indulgent and lack of professional performances at Arsenal in recent times is dreadful.

Szecney, Santos, Podolski, and now Giroud.

Add to that the "selfie" culture which exists in the Arsenal dressing room.

Name one player who currently shows leadership on the pitch.

For these things Wenger must take the blame.

We win when Walcott starts ahead of Giroud and Wenger then starts the next game with Giroud. FFS.

Arsenal are a shambles on the pitch at the moment as a result of Wengers inabilty to insist upon professional standards on and off the pitch.

TBH, I am beginnging to think that Sanchez is starting to fall into the complacency trap as well this season, such is his alarming drop in form.

There is no sanction for utterly crap performances. Why would a world class player continue to perform at that level, when he is surrounded by others who go through the motions and are more concerned about Selfies, hair grooming, playing away from home, etc than actually being successful ON THE PITCH.

We kept Santos too long.
We kept Szec too long
We've kept Giroud too long.
We've kept Wenger too long.

In what order would you put not getting a result yesterday:-

A) Wenger Preperation & 1st 11 Choice
B) Ox's Lack of Defensive Awarness
C) Giroud
D) Not taking our Chances Again
E) Lack of Respect for the opposition - Tempo

I think what the manager says publicly and privately are two completely different things. He'll never throw his own players under the bus, he's never done that, and that's the same for most managers unless you're a hot-head like Tim Sherwood. I've little doubt that Wenger will have made clear to Giroud that he let the side down last night.

Dinamo Zagreb, who haven't won a single game in the CL in years, who had one of the worst goal differences ever in the CL, who were always cannon fodder in the CL, who went on amazing losing streaks, beating records in the CL, we've made them look like the best team in Europe on the night.

How low we've sunk.

Since you've brought it up:

6 losses

In the history of the Champions League, the following clubs have lost all 6 group stage matches:

Dinamo Zagreb (2011–12) lost all six group stage matches, setting new records for worst goal difference (–19) and most goals conceded (22), scoring 3.

Tho, both records have since been shattered by BATE Borisov

I don't see why what the Dinamo side of four years ago is relevant to this side, which have gone a year unbeaten.

Not excusing the result or the performance because we should be winning these games with little trouble but Dinamo's form in 2011/12 doesn't represent the quality of the current side.

They've been champions for 10 effing years and done squat in the CL. I just do not get how you're justifying anything

Saying they lost every game 2011/12 as if it makes a difference how good this side is four years on, whilst ignoring that they're on this crazy unbeaten run. Of course they're relative minnows and we should be beating them regardless but saying that they were terrible four years ago as it means anything is pointless.

Unbeaten run in their league after being knocked out of the EL after a terrible performance

So it's fair to say we lost to arguably the worst cl side ever?

If you think those mugs will get anything against Byern or Olympiacos, then you are in for surpise. This will be the only match they won and our fans will say thats because they played over their level. We are simply not very good team

You are.
Maybe subtly, but you have been excusing the result fot the whole day - at least from what I've seen.

If Brighton & Hove Albion were to pull a 42 game unbeaten streak from now and we were to play them - would you expect us to win the game COMFORTABLY?

I sure as hell would.
