The curious case of Eidur Gudjohnsen

Grew up here in Belgium while his father Arnór was player of Lokeren and Anderlecht.

At some point for Iceland Arnór was substituted off with Eidur coming on. Father and son playing for Iceland.

Even though he moved to France at 12, when Arnór went to join Bordeaux, I was amazed by how good his Dutch is, still.
