Its clear by the comments here that some of you lot just don't watch United matches. And I don't blame you, they are usually boring.

But if you had, you would know that saying Falcao is worse than Altidore is no joke. His finishing has become just as bad as Altidore, and unlike Altidore he doesn't have the standard strength of lower level PL strikers to try to impose himself physically.

He is slow, he is extremely weak, his control his poor, his finishing has become poor. He is plain shite. Which is sad since he used to be so good. His highlights of his season include getting dominated by Yeovil defenders, getting dominated by Cambridge defenders, and the peak of his shitness when he got dominated by Tottenham U21's and could barely have a impact.

Falcao is absolutely finished. He would not even get on our bench.

12 starts in the League - 4 goals and 4 assists. 0.66 per game.

Compared to Hero (and World Cup choker) - Angel di Maria - 19 starts - 3 goals and 10 assists. 0.68 per game.

And compared to our own, Welbeck - 18 starts, 4 goals and 3 assists... ;)

falcao
rooney
di maria

no thanks to anyone else.

Falcao :rofll:

I was with you until then but that just killed the post. Its gotten so bad for Falcao that he is actually worse than Altidore.

Yeah he's shit at Utd, still think he could do well elsewhere though. Last part of your post is clear hyperbole but no worries.

When you watch him play, you can still see that he gets in good positions and his shot is really good. His astronomical fee prices us out but he's a great rotation option to have alongside Giroud.

Imagine saying Falcao was a good rotation option to have alongside Giroud an year ago :rofll:

Yeah, ManU have destroyed him. :(

Would prefer a younger striker any day. He won't cost a lot of money - thanks to ManU, but I can still see some insane Russian club offering him crazy money.

He won't come here. Wenger won't want to deal with his wages and misguided transfer fee.

Welbeck 5 assists
Won penaltys Newcastle home and palace away

Has this thread seriously turned into a Falcao debate? guy is absolute shit after that injury, i'd almost rather have sanogo.

anyway great day out yesterday, we didn't play well but controlled the game just enough to keep hold of the win. Burnley are tenacious at home, it's not an easy place to go and we battled hard for the 3 points. Professional win and performance. Not great games from Giroud or Bellerin, who have been key players recently, and we won so shows we can get results when we aren't at our best.

i absolutely hated the way we closed (or better said DIDNT) close the game. instead of just passing the burnley off the field we kept trying to produce a counterattacking goal. burnley players didn't even pressure us in this time period and we just kept giving the ball away instead of having players run to corner flags and waste time.

Any other team currently in 2nd wouldn't get these sorts of articles written about them.

So many contradictions:

We have a small team mentality because someone tweeted a statement saying 2nd place and not losing the league at ours

While at the same time we are too full of our selves because some are talking about trying to win the title?

Troll piece written by a f***ing hater.
