Ospina

Bellerin - Mertesacker - Koscielny - Monreal

Coquelin - Cazorla

Ramsey - Ozil - Welbeck

Giroud

Definitely rest Sanchez. Apparently they have only two recognised defenders fit/eligible to play. I just checked out their forum, it's like a depressing wasteland of football fans who can't stand what's going on at their club (can't blame them really). Early goal for us and I think they throw in the towel.

I'll be watching this at the screening at the Emirates if anyone else is

Rested/dropped same thing. If Ox put in the performances Alexis has in recent weeks everyone here would be clamouring him to be dropped. But his lacklustre performances of late looks to be the result of fatigue

This game is a potential banana skin. We need to cut out complacency and be on the money from minute one.

Ospina
Bellerin - Mertesacker - Koscielny - Monreal
Coquelin - Ramsey
Ozil - Cazorla - Welbeck
Giroud

Szczesny
Gabriel
Chambers
Gibbs
Flamini
Walcott
Alexis

I think Alexis could do with a wee break and honestly he might have more influence coming off of the bench with 20-30 minutes to go rather than from the start. I thought Welbeck did well against Monaco and deserves to keep his place whilst Ramsey clearly showed with his cameo that we need him back in the team.

If we play like we did on Tuesday we should win this comfortably.

I really really want Mertesacker dropped as Gabriel looks a more long term option, he also has looked a better player, he is faster and more aggressive, two qualities needed in PL. Ozil/Ramsey/Cazorla is extrememly debatable, all three are more than capable so I don't mind about that.

Ospina
Bellerin - Gabriel - Koscielny - Monreal
Coquelin - Ramsey
Walcott - Ozil - Alexis
Giroud

The only proven winner in red and white at this club? Arsene Wenger. Sack the board.

Rested and dropped are not the same thing in football. Rested normally means you don't play one game but come back the next no matter how the player who replaced you preforms, dropped means you don't play until the player in front of you has a drop in form or your form increases. Scez is dropped.

Ospina

Bellerin - Mertesacker - Koscielny - Monreal

Coquelin - Ramsey

Walcott - Ozil - Welbeck

Giroud

Please just drop Cazorla already, we have better movement in Midfield with Ramzil and are a greater threat to goal. Rest Sanchez, would like to see Gabriel at some point but CB subs are rare.

Newcastle are playing very badly at the moment and have no real star or talisman in the team of any note, Krul can put in a performance but can also be a detriment, their fans are unsure what to do at the moment, always support the club but still show the owners they are not wanted.

2-0, Giroud and Walcott
