04/03/15 | QPR 1-2 Arsenal | Premier League

odd game. passing by the whole midfield was pretty much wanky for almost the whole of the 1st half, save that one neat exchange that led to Caz half chance- didnt quite ctah it clean, but a decent save nonetheless. And QPR was rather physical and had a few half chances by balls pinging about and landing at Austins boot.

2nd half we were kicking their collective ass as everybodys passing improved... Rozicky/Ozil was a clear pen. Then we had a hatful of chances..a bit lucky in the ball falling to OG but hell... at 2-0 I thought we'd a couple more goals in us. and was hoping for walcott.

Austin wont be playing at QPR long. he's legit.

We dont play again til Monday, eh? should be fun

Bizarre response from the other team members tbh.

Is Sanchez not popular??

I'm a bit worried about that kind of team response to a goal.

Ramsey looked hungrier and willing to do the dirty work after he came on. I just hope he has his head screwed in the right place as his ability to battle and not just his ability to score which made him so unstoppable last year.

Rosicky plays the guitar, Giroud plays the Rosicky.

He has to help in def now. Walcott has not been picked for a long time now, even Özil is at least coming back to midfield.

I would imagine his "dribbling" instead of passing at times is probably getting on certain players nerves, if you look at the above clip and notice Girouds position as Sanchez shoots you can see why players will get annoyed, especially if the shot/dribble doesn't pay off which it often doesn't.

He also was the furthest player forward a number of times and that always worries me. That's when he's least effective.

My thoughts exactly

Szczesny conceded a goal similar to that off a Mata free kick against Chelsea a few years back.

Mannone was in goal when we conceded a goal to mata's free kick in 12/13
