No home reaction to losing a derby at all. Injuries to Ramsey and Sanchez just added to the meh and we couldnt pass the ball four feet yet again.

Where is that fabled "mental strength" Wenger always harps on about?

It certainly was not on show yesterday. I think they had the famous hand brake on while driving up hill.

The mental strength is what helped us see out the victory, maybe in recent times we might have conceded a second :hiding:

The only proven winner in red and white at this club? Arsene Wenger. Sack the board.

ospina was not very good yesterday and he seems very shaky on the high balls. i will give him the benefit of the doubt because he has only played a handful of games for us and WS should at the minimum sit out a couple of months for the sh*t him and his father had done. also, despite ospina's shakiness, our defending looks much better, we hadn't been carved open too much in the recent weeks and thats certainly positive. despite being horrible in the second half, i thought we closed the game very well, we haven't let leicester get any chances in the last 10 minutes + the additional time.

p.s. atm it seems to me that ozil can only keep up with the game for 45 minutes. i don't see the point in playing him full 90 minutes.

I agree... Once the game is "won" (2-3 goal lead) Bring Flamini in for Ozil.
Then Ramsey or who ever was paired with LeCoq can push up higher.

Özil was withdrawn midway through the second-half at Real Madrid pretty much every single match. The Premier League is of course very demanding and he shouldn't complete the whole of the 90 minutes in every single match. He should be better managed.

I'd actually be temped to bring AKpom or Rosiscky on for Ozil, Akpom only if it's clear we are going to win.

Yep. If we're already 2-0 up at HT, it makes no sense to play him further.

Use players the right way.

So we paid 40+ million for a player who can't even play 90 minutes....only at Arsenal. Forget managing him better, sell the lazy f**ker and buy a player who will put a shift in but has the quality to match.
