There is none. Our players are just content to collect their exorbitant wages at the end of each week. You can thank Wenger for that; mollycoddles our players telling them that mediocrity is acceptable: lose to the big teams, be flat track bullies, come 4th, make the club money, make your money and everything is rosy.

He holds no one accountable and our board doesn't hold Wenger accountable. We'll be in this rut until this man beyond reproach finally fucks off.

Arteta is our only captain and leader tbh. Even then his personality is perfect for a vice-captain, not the main man.

Don't you worry yourself.

We'll beat QPR and you and all the others can crawl out from under your rocks and drone on about what a genius Wenger is for being able to come back against such a dire performance and crush the mighty QPR.

And how so and so's performance against them shows their real worth and all of us who doubted them are fools.

Yet it's still impossible to get the message into the thick skulls of the WKB that when these 'negative results' are more often than not and for the first time have really painted a proportionately accurate picture of a season thus far, that this is not knee jerk stuff.

So if Wenger goes, should he take anyone with him? We all know the ridiculous amount of injuries we've had and as some have pointed out, not many have been "in-game" injuries, so maybe even with Arsene out, if the rest of the coaching/medical staff is left as is some problems might remain. Heck, maybe we'll still be crap at set-pieces defending...

I thought yesterday there was no control at the end. It appeared to be "um, let's just hope we stay strong at the back, just kick the ball around and upfield, back at them... Ah shit! they've got the ball again..." There was no "play boring"/timewasting/whatever term you'd use for slow tempo, keep possession, shit boring to watch football that you need to play because the other team are looking good with the ball so let's not let them have it...

Are we risking getting into a vicious cycle here:
1: Arsene doesn't buy the players we think Arsenal needs - DMC seems to be the prime example.
2: Arsenal show serious weaknesses that could have been dealt with had 1 not happened. Weaknesses that result in no CL for a season, say.
3: Players Arsenal do need are available but choose not to sign because of 2. This is a seperate issue from money. If City offered Schneiderlin 20b more than we have available to offer, that's something else.

Does anyone know if any players who've actually knocked us back rather than simply not been approached by us or been offered much more somewhere else?

he just isnt the guy who can pick the ball up in am positions turn a player quickly and play a fast ball

after his 100 shuffles fakes and whatever most teams just shape up.

It's sad that our player arent able to turn and get at liverpool because they're players are actually marking tight and making it difficult whilst players like flamini will let a player turn 95% of the time and even give them space to dribble shoot and pass

i'm still very confused at what he does as far as i can see he's just a body, no footballing ability whatsoever (offensive or defensive) no physical ability whatsoever and completely stupid. All he does is get stuck in.

Your agenda at least should take a rest on a day like today when Cazorla has been one of our best players.

what has santi done to be one of our best players?

Some stunning skills in tight areas
Our only player who kept the ball well and made us tick (to a fashion)in the midfield

This is the main reason why I never fancy us away from home and why we struggle every time we play away. The midfield cant control a game and has no legs. The goal was always coming and it was fully deserved

We got 34 points away from home last season
Man city got 34 and won the title

That's irrelevant; City's home form was stellar: they lost one, drew one, and won all the rest - that means they took 52 points from a possible 57 at home.

Don't think we'll ever be that dominant at home, especially under Wenger.
