akpom
This game has zero meaning. We have 1 fit left back as monreal is out for a while. 2 fit CBs in chambers and per and 2 fit central midfielders in ramsey and rosicky. We cant risk anyone. I would actually not even turn up for the match
Why would Wenger play Apkom over his son, Sanogo?
To save Sanogo for more important matches
Yeah. We've Newcastle next followed by Liverpool at Anfield. There's QPR at home after that and 'Arry has a good record against Wenger, then we travel to the East to face West Ham. A pretty trough run coming up, bar Liverpool.
Redknaps record against wenger
Played 32
Won 4
Drawn 12
Lost 16

He's shocking as a striker. Did you watch the Capital One Cup game against Southampton? Or the many times he played as a striker last season?

8mins vs Fener
64min vs Cardiff
1min vs Southampton
= 73mins
Which apps did I miss, starmandb ?
@irishgooner96
Yeah .. in his only run as a striker at Arsenal in four matches at the end of 2012/2013 he assisted once and scored two (-> 155,5mpg) that's better as every other striker we have atm but yeah he is shocking ..

Are you an Arsenal fan or a Poldi fan? For the team's best interests, Poldi has to play on the left, not a striker

Yep I agree give Pod a chance.
Agreed, Podolski and Alexis on the wings around Giroud or Welbeck would be a dangerous goal threat all game.
We need to drop some of these ball carriers for finishers.VAVAVOOM 14 wrote:Funny how Podolski gets slated for doing nothing but nets twice.
I'll take substance over the industry of Giroud, thank you very much.
You'd have to be a bloody moron to not appreciate a player who scores two goals in one game after coming off no games, Giroud scores one goal and he's hailed as a messiah.
Whens the last time Giroud scored a brace?

Nothing much else happened tbh. All the Gala fans piped down after the beating they took on the cobbles and the pitch.
I did smashed some Turkish sort and got into a bit of a tear up with a kebab shop worker carrying a knife. Bit of a dull affair by usual standards tbh.

Do you seriously think he can play up front, on his own?

Never know until he's given a chance.
Can't do any worse than flop stars such as Giroud or Welbeck. And he's million times better than Sanogo.
