From the three possible options in Wengers head for the one striker slot I hope he uses Giroud (I would have hurt myself now for this sentence especially in his first season here) he is the best option for the team. Will try to check out the Alexis-Giroud link-up closely could work on paper but wait and see, a "choose your camera" option for football broadcasts would be great.

Welbeck and Sanogo are out so Giroud is the only possible choice unless he decides to give Poldi a chance
