A fine left-footed curler by Azeez -

If he is given the same opportunity and pathway into the first team as Saka was, I genuinely believe we will see a very similar outcome with Azeez. To me the ceiling of his potential is the greater of the two but as it stands it is only that, unfulfilled potential yet to bear fruit whilst Saka's represents a bountiful harvest.

Love to see it.
PLayers like Azeez coming through is how this club needs to be built back up.
If we can get another couple of young breakthrough players to add to ESr, Saka and Martinelli, we're on our way.
Build the core and build it young.
Put the right players around them.

Yeah, there must be some 100m player we can just buy out there to make us champions.
It's easy.

Nah, we need two defensively sound but technical midfielders a la Petit/Vieira and Gilberto/Vieira.

Interesting to see if he'll be registered for the first team squad.

Agree.
Azeez looks like he could handle the PL now physically as well.
I'd hate to see us block the path of a youngster with a big-money signing who was no better or not much better than Azeez right now. There are usually a lot of those surfing around looking for big-money moves.

It’s as easy as that but unfortunately we don’t have Wenger/Emery in charge anymore, the one thing they had in common was neither was afraid to give chances to youngsters and develop them.

Arteta would rather come out of retirement and put himself in midfield than develop Azeez

I still can't believe how strong he looks.

*Fingers crossed*

We need a strong, central midfielder coming through the academy.
