These are my first attempts at graphic making, so any comments, criticisms, tips would be very helpful. :D

Cracking start to your graphics career!

There are a few on here who can guide, as posted above SGW is our resident expert and can perform magic with her various tools.

Cheers guys! I will have a read, SGW does look to be very good with and knowledgable about graphics. I haven't had a chance to read the Chat thread, or any other threads really, I've been too busy 'revising'. ;)

Anyways;

I'm really not happy with these, esp. the first. But I thought I'd try and get some feedback anyway.

Very good for your 1st attempts, especially as you are using paint.net rather than a more advanced programme, i do strongly recommend you get yourself a copy of Adobe Photoshop.

As for tips, or advice, if there is anything you want to know either post in the gfx chat thread or pm me, and i will answer as best as i can, if i can!
PlayerArt is the site i use to learn & try better myself, and some of the gfx there are simply amazing, but again the tutorials are mainly photoshop based, and you need a +20 post count to view the entire tutorial section, although there is what they call a free tuts forum.
Worth taking a look.
Deviant Art is also another good source for learning.

Keep practising! it took me ages to the level im at now, and still room for improvement, ive still got ALOT to learn.

Patience is the key.

Cheers. I use Paint.NET, I can't really afford Photoshop.

As you can see from the post time, I did that Nasri one fairly late so I was very tired. I must say I thought it looked better at the time, but never mind, I am at least getting somewhere.

An attempt at an Andrei Arshavin sig

It's not as good as another I've seen on here, not sure who made it. But I have nothing to do for the next 6 days, so I came up with that.
