Fair enough, he'd be third tier then.

If he can keep it up next season, he will be 2nd tier...

As of today. I would take sturridge ahead of Rooney. Simply a better striker

The top 15 strikers are, in no order:

Ibra, Suarez, Aguero, Falcao, Cavani, van Persie, Tevez, Lewandowski, Costa, Rooney, Higuain, Gomez, Dzeko, Negredo, Benzema.

I'd put Sturridge after the ones above, so he's a 15 - 20 in terms of ranking. That's still f'kin great for us. Mandzu is a 15 - 20 striker too.

Why is everyone talking about Sturridge you will not be signing him, we would never sell him to you.

Thought this was the Everton game thread which I think is an absolute must win for you. Lose and they are 1 point behind you for 4th place with a game in hand.

Do you think Wenger will be out if you don't make top 4?

You could also kiss goodbye to signing the quality of players you a dreaming about in the rumours forum. Draxler, Cavani etc.

Definitely over Judas anyway. Rooney is tough if he manages not to decline in the next few seasons I'd probably pick him.
If Sturridge was our player and had the record he does at liverpool I doubt any Arsenal fan would say there are 15-20 strikers better than him. It took half a season to declare Ramsey the best midfielder in the league and has he performed better or more consistently than Sturridge.

Id guess with your Arsenal goggles on most would concede suarez, ibrahimovich and aguero the rest you would argue against. Certainly wouldnt pick judas or the likes of higuain, dzeko, mandzucic, gomez, negredo, tevez and benzema

Instead of concentrating on Sturridge's tier and his price tag i would concentrate on whether he is capable of doing a consistent job in the premier League and he has clearly demonstrated that he is capable of doing so.

What's so LOL about that? Don't want to get into a slagging match but have a better chance than you.

Anyways got to play City and Chelsea at home get a result in those two games then why not?

Have a tough game at the weekend though Westham away never good.

Sturridge loves the club you can see it in all his interviews he is here to stay, there is no way he would leave.
So his pricetag is a moot point really.

on Aaron Ramsey…
Aaron and Nacho Monreal are back training with the squad, so that is good news. Hopefully they will be available for Sunday. Diaby is back on the pitches, so that is good news.
