My god if he was on form there, so nice to have pace back in attack.

Mind you Monreal ...... has looked as good in every way as Gibbs, Wenger give him more games!

Delighted with Wilshere tonight, and not just because of his goals - his tackling and workrate, his passing and his vision have all been exemplary tonight.

Lets not forget Marseille will have something to play for against Dortmund, losing all 6 games will be embarrassing to say the least!

Game over, shame they couldn't add a third from a personal point of view but jobs a goodun even if the overall performance was a little low-key.

Should have scored more. Need to be careful when we go to Napoli...

The number of chances we've missed is just shocking. Ramsey and Wilshere _0_ Poor Ramsey, 3 great chi-balls over the defence, Ozil screws up the first one and the other 2 get flagged...

Get in.

dont mean to sound ungrateful, but that was the most unsatisfying 2-0 win ever, considering it should have been 8-0!

Wilshere MOTM.

Said it over again, put him back to where he belongs amongst the attacking line and watch him get back to his best, leave CM and deep play to who it suits i.e Flamini, Ramsey, Arteta.

I disagree. Lost the ball clumsely a few times in the first half. Gibbs is the better one imo, although it's close. But yeah, he should get more games.

Need to start being more ruthless and killing teams off when we have the chance.

Yes but Gibbs isn't perfect either, Monreal cleared off the line, plays well forward and was imperious with his headed clearances and pass backs tonight.

Great form considering he's had no starts and minimum game time.
