Exactly, we simply got too many injured players to perform properly focus on 4 competitions. Slightly disappointed but not angry about the loss. Bring on Liverpool.

Basically. Its a shame we couldnt have gotten more out of the game, but the lack of depth through injury kinda pushed us into that situation.

Shame that ramsey stayed on for so long, he needed a rest.

Such a shame that sanogo got injured when he did, he could have been great for these sorts of games.

Expected to lose but not happy/confident about how disparate our 2nd string is looking compared to our 1st.

Also Bendtner's continued existence (as an Arsenal player) is doing my head in.

Expected the loss to a superior team. Wenger again outdone by a better manager with a better squad at his disposal. I've been bought back down to Earth a bit

Ryo good effort but not good enough quality, same for Jenkinson and he also has a bad IQ. Bendtner was poor too. Nothing new for us. Ramsey little disappoting. Others were from okay to good imo. Not too bothered with result.

You do realise we are missing:

Walcott
arteta
podolski
flamini
gnabry
Ox

Chelsea played with full reserves today, they had no one missing.

He was more Karl Pilkington than Carl Jenkinson today.

Since we played dortmund I've been thinking this. Think we'll compete this season for the PL but don't think we'll win it IMO. Unless, come January, we're still in the top 4 and can buy a class striker.

Well Verm and Kos looked like they resolved the rashness duo issues, that or Chelsea were offensively poor.

Like I already said: look at those players, they're ALL midfielders. We have a plethora of midfield talent but that's about it, look anywhere else and we're sorely lacking.

Works though doesn't it. The top teams have been doing it against us for ages

Playing with 10men for 70min so... come on guys what did you expect really? Also against the big teams we always concede goals from poor defending or individual stupid poor errors or bad player positioning from the counter attack this has been the case for years.
