He has definitely been excellent. But maybe just not as amazing as Robben, Müller and RvP. Right after them, though.

And definite young player of the tournament up until now.

Depay wants Campbell's place. Play was created by Robben, but he followed thru perfectly.

Looks like Joel doesn't qualify for the Young Player Award. Only players born on or after January 1st, 1993 are in the mix. Joel was born on June 26, 1992.

This also takes out our other outstanding youngster: the hard-tackling Yeltsin Tejeda, who was born on March 17, 1992.

That's a shame.

But yeah, I'm 25. I felt bad a couple of years ago, when football superstars younger than me started popping up all over the place :(

Mario Gotze was born five days before me. He's worth £40-50m and earns tens upon tens of thousands a week.
