Dune by Frank Herbert.
Believe me or not, but my sister is one of the best gamers in my town. Right now she is going to play baccarat free online to become better. I know that for sure.

Dominion by CJ Sansom.

The year is 1952; twelve years after Britain signed a peace treaty with their now ally, Nazi Germany.

The story follows the lives of several characters doing their bit for the resistance.

Good read so far.

Anyone read the Sharpe Books by Bernard Cornwell? I've read them all. Great for a bit of escapism. Historically very educational too.

Having become interested in the era through those books, I've recently read the Wellington & Napoleon quartet of books by Simon Scarrow. Another excellent read.

Not reading as such but seeing as we don't have a thread for plays, because, well, you're all a bunch of common scum, I went to watch The Importance of Being Earnest by Oscar Wilde this evening

Seriously, what a load of old shit

It's meant to be a comedy. It's about as funny as a field full of dead kittens

Hi.
I used to read very often before. Now it can be difficult to find time to do that, I enjoy playing PS4 games more. :)
However I'm reading one book now, it's "Sapiens: A Brief History of Humankind".
