I just thought i'd post a thread to see is anyone heading off on holidays during the summer

Not a bad thread idea.

I've gone to Greece for four of the last five summers.

I can never afford to go outside Europe, there has to be a beach for the missus, and can't afford the South of France, Croatia or anywhere in Italy. So really we're limited to Spain or Greece... all comes down to the cuisine for me :biggrin:

So anyway, Greece again this year, not sure which island yet.

yeah i know with the lack jobs around in ireland anyway it will leave alot of people short of cash for a holiday

Probably Ireland this summer.

We decided to take two holidays a year rather than one, as we can't stand going anywhere for 2 weeks at a time, so we will have a holiday in April (Undecided) and then another holiday in October or December.

Malaga 2 or 3 times (the usual) Brugge and Dublin at some point towards the end of summer.

Need to start saving for a proper holiday to the States, Oz or Thailand though!
