Medical at Arsenal for goalkeeper Viviano

Arsenal's transfer business today will begin with Palermo goalkeeper Emiliano Viviano, who is set to undergo a medical in London this morning.

The 27-year-old was due to join the Gunners this time last year, only for the deal to collapse at the last minute.

But his move from the Serie B club is expected to go through today after Arsenal failed in their pursuit of Valencia stopper Vicente Guaita.
