American. Played as a child but gravitated to more American sports later. Have only really paid attention during World Cups previously. This year I've fallen head over heels for the game. It has nothing to do with the US team, though they are a likeable underdog squad.
Anyway, I decided recently to follow the EPL this season and the next step was to pick a team. After researching the options, Arsenal is it in a landslide. Now I'm checking the rumor mills daily and believe it or not waking up with Arsenal football at the front of my mind. I can not WAIT until August.
So that's my story. I might be around to post inane observations or stupid questions throughout the year. Please be gentle. I'm still learning the game but I will be here regardless....lurking or posting.

Yeah I don't want to jump on a bandwagon and yes I believe this team will always be in the conversation.
I did spend some time on this, believe it or not, and Arsenal has grabbed me from the start.
