Can’t believe I didn’t think that was a red card last night. It was as stonewall as it gets.

No.

The angle showing Mustafi's foot appearing to be ahead of the shoulder is a TERRIBLE angle. There is no way to see whether Vardy's shoulder is ahead or behind that yellow line.

The first angle is completely conclusive and shows Vardy offside.

This is why VAR is such a good tool for cheating. Angles can be picked to provide 'evidence' and people will accept it.

My view is that this was deliberate cheating by the officials and an investigation is warranted.

The commentators were spot on
In the modern game it's a sending off
Eddie should have been given the benefit of the doubt on a wet pitch having just come on
A yellow would have sufficed
But I can see why he was sent off
No conspiracy
Ref had a look
Made a decision
I am more concerned by the fact that because of var . Subs and goal celebrations there should have been 13 mins of stoppage time yet typically the commentary team were aghast when as much as 8 was put up.
There was a minute substitution during the added time yet the whistle was blown on 8.
How is this fair to all
The correct time is rarely if ever played. Yet it is not viewed as important as tight decisions. You still get the ludicrous situation of people getting booked for time wasting when it is in the refs gift to add it on

This is an extremely valid point. This contributes massively to most games being only around 59 mins and 23 seconds. That's 30 mins of football we're losing out on.

Thanks mate
A other example was at brighton
The board went up at the end of the game for 3 mins.
The 3 mins were not enough anyway
But the fact was it was given as 3
Now I know they give it the old minimum of bollocks but nothing happened in those 3 mins for the game to go on longer.
There was even a substitution after those 3 mins
It even went on longer than the old see how this attack ends bolox. When it's time it's time. If people are having goals ruled out because of a man boob. Its utter nonsense to play on coz the ref feels like it or cut a game short because he has too much to worry about to remember when the game was stopped
