Its been 1 month but your back again....

Then again this Arsenal F Ceeee

We been a joke for a long time, no lie, were shettt

and Auba....... our best player is set to leave.

Ehh. I'mm still trying to be positive.

I think this one game sums up something i really dislike about our team.

Pretentious, arrogant and thoroughly overrate themselves.

Full rebuild needed next season with the first to leave must be Mesut Ozil, honestly just sack him to clear the wages and use the Auba money to rebuild.

Xhaka has been important since coming back but we need to move him on too, just completely rebuild this midfield next season. Its top priority more than any defenders.

LOL - aah good old Elkopuber - never change my friend! Ozil was terrible as was the rest of the midfield but we lost cuz of shitty defense. Your anger (as always) is misdirected. Defense should be the first priority in the summer.

Pep or Klopp MIIIIIIIIIIIGHT be ablke to get these dogs across the finihs line ( qualify for CL) but no one else..

cos they arent very good.

I had a baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad feeeling when everyione was slagging Wenger as if he was holding WC players back from their true potential.

We have a midtable squad now. Thats what the players are. They are mid table players on the whole, with a few standouts, of whichh, actaully ZERO players who play CB, FB or GK are one.

Our whole defense is MIDTABLE w/o exception.

Pukeworthy.

Our biggest problem today is the same problem we had under Emery.

Nobody can carry the ball in midfiled. It was so, so, so predictable in attack.

Our goal was just Auba brilliant, we didn't create shit all game, all our attacks where individual moments.

Why is our midfield so bad?

Well, we are paying 350k a week for a guy who can only retain possession and sometime now pass well, not even pass consistently well.

Arsenal FC, we now have the biggest rebuild ever on our hands this summer. This is going to a long hand fight to ever get back in the Champions League.

Emery's tactics cost us that game and the crap subs. Martinelli should have started or at least come on earlier!

I can see why you would get it wrong today.
It really looked like an Emery game.

Emery topped the group with a squad that didn't want to play for him.

Arteta couldn't even make it past his 2nd European game.

I don't care about what Emery did last season.
That was still largely a squad build by Arsene Wenger.
The game today was exactly like our games were week after week this season under Emery.

I wouldn't say it was midfield. Lacazette was static and Aubameyang wasn't playing through the middle. A midfielder that makes runs into the box would have been there to cover the blushes of Lacazette. Poor management from Arteta over both legs.

WRONG! Our biggest problem today was - as always - we couldn't defend crosses. Your cricitism of Ozil, although valid, is misdirected in the context of today's game.

Every year is the biggest rebuild ever, because we never properly rebuild, so each year the backlog gets bigger and bigger.

No Cazorla replacement
No Ramsey replacement
No Alexis Sanchez replacement (Pepe is an Iwobi-level replacement)
No Ozil replacement (old Ozil died years ago)

and pretty soon, no PEA replacement.

True Laca was f***ing garbage, I just feel with some proper creativity behind him and a player who isn't afraid to dominate in the hold 20-30 meters from goal is what he needs, so he can focus fully on runs in the final 3rd.

A 4-3-3 would help Laca, one like how Pep sets up with two attack minded midfielders in the half spaces who a creative to feed balls to him.

He's lost his game for me because he has to come so deep at times to get into the game. He also has the burden to hold u and look to feed Auba.

It is the midfield - the Xhaka / Ceballos pairing can't give defensive cover or supply enough ball forward - none of the front four are capable / willing to drop back and help so you end up with arguably are best four players seeing bugger all of the ball ...

Laca might as well not have been on the pitch, and Auba might have scored but apart from that what? Pepe was OK but he must be so frustrated and Ozil just kills any momentum looking for that 'killer' pass that now so rarely comes ....

Because every single week our midfield is under pressure we concede far to many set pieces, eventually a great ball in will lead to a mistake or a goal we're not alone in that, because every single week our midfield is under pressure we get very limited final third good possession ... to slow to predictable.

Drop a striker play an extra man in midfield it's so bloody obvious it screams off the pitch ....

Which is why the penny needs to drop this summer. No 'Get excited' nonsense from the Kronke's they can show that up their backside straight through their prawn sandwiches.

We need to get serious! We are now 3-4 years minimum away from being a League title contender and are more likely to become the new London version of Everton. Loads of history, never go down but just either finish midtable or beat the drop for the next 5-10 years.

This is were we are heading right now.
