We were garbage all game BUT we lost in the end because of this nonsense about playing it out from the back, Leno could have EASILY just hoofed it up the field and we would be fine, but no he is trying to control the ball so he can pass to Luiz or Saka.. This playing out from the back never leads to a goal, its all a load of nonsense.. you will just say I'm old and out of touch with modern football.. but nope.. there is no proof playing out from the back leads too anything, we never score from it, it just breaks down always and the other team win it back or it goes out for a throw in. Just hoof the ball, more chance of winning knockdowns and scoring as closer too the other teams goal.

They do but Allison does hoof it at times too, a lot more than Leno does.. but Liverpool have amazing players, we can't copy them, they are the best team in the world, we are a mid table team who can barely get through Europa League games.. this playing it out from the goalkeeper never leads too anything FOR US.

Arsenal FC, we now have the biggest rebuild ever on our hands this summer. This is going to a long hand fight to ever get back in the Champions League.

Every year is the biggest rebuild ever, because we never properly rebuild, so each year the backlog gets bigger and bigger.

No Cazorla replacement
No Ramsey replacement
No Alexis Sanchez replacement (Pepe is an Iwobi-level replacement)
No Ozil replacement (old Ozil died years ago)

and pretty soon, no PEA replacement.

Which is why the penny needs to drop this summer. No 'Get excited' nonsense from the Kronke's they can show that up their backside straight through their prawn sandwiches.

We need to get serious! We are now 3-4 years minimum away from being a League title contender and are more likely to become the new London version of Everton. Loads of history, never go down but just either finish midtable or beat the drop for the next 5-10 years.

This is were we are heading right now.

Mate, don't torture yourself. We are where Utd were in 2013, with many long and shitty seasons ahead. Everton have a rich owner who spends. While they've usually spent on absolute crap, with Ancelotti on board they'll likely attract better player than we will in the summer.

This could be a blessing in disguise. We now have 1 route back into Europe, so can focus on that. Utd, Wolves, Spurs etc will have more games than us during the run in. Plus we have a run of winnable games now. In 3 or 4 weeks things could look very different.

Not really sure why MArtinelli has been kicked to the sidelines by Arteta.
Looks like we have another coach who doesn't like players getting the limelight.

...as or the game, don't care.
The Europey league is less of an event than the Carabao Cup.
I'd put in on equal terms with the Emirates Cup.

It is a big prize for the winner in terms of CL, but we were never going to win it anyway.
Hopefully we'll have a few more games schedules for Saturday.

mid table players give you mid table results...

you all were crying years ago.. as if Wnger held our PLAYERS back...

get used to the new reality... we have maybe 6 players who would be top 6 EPL players.....

Difference was that Wenger bought all of those players and chose them himself.
