What’s the point of even putting Özil on the bench? Are going to turn to him as a sub? What circumstances would that be in? When you’ve already won the game?

On the rare occasion where we have a comfortable two nil lead, controlling possession and just want to see out the game and continue our dominance.

How many games like that do you think we’ll have this season?

Gabi galloping towards their goal reminded me of a young Michael Owen against the argies in the world cup, much as I like laca Gabi's got to be 1st choice from now on

Didn't even realise we were playing.
I guess drawing is the new thing with us.
Better than losing I suppose.

The report I read had the unsurprising revelation that Mustafi screwed up again.

Yes. Actually Charlie George a very similar goal in an FA Cup match in 1974 I think it was. Still recall him streaking away off a corner and leaving some defender sprawling in the mud.

In a couple years I expect the front three to be Saka, Martinelli and Pepe. Wondering about sacrificing Auba and Laca for the cash this summer and get the defence sorted out.

Arsenal 6-12-6, equals most draws in a 38 game PL season. Most ever was 18 in 1970, 42 game FL season.

He’s just come back from an injury having already had some big ones last two seasons and btw he was gash so far this season.

Stop being an anti arteta w***er already

It's useless mate, he doesn't do logic very well.

You mean the logic that dicates that a guy who gets 6 points from 18 (as it's looking) and is seeing us fall further down the league and plays guys like Xhaka and Mustafi every game is doing a good job, have a word with yourself mate.

As always, you're not intelligent enough to even get a simple point. You always go right back to digging Arteta before he's even had a chance to put a team together. So grow up a bit, get you mouth of your mums tit, and pay attention to how football works.

Football is about results pal, the sooner you get your head round that the better, or you can continue to bury your head like a lot of Arsenal fans over the years and pretending it's all going swimmingly.

Would you like a postage stamp so you can school me on football?

See that's how out of touch with everything you are. You actually think that I think everything is going swimmingly. I have never once said that, it's like you don't even read peoples comments, cause you can't wait to hurry up and just constantly repeat yourself about how bad you think Arteta is. It's absolutely idiotic to not give a manager a chance. We have a bad team and need a bunch of new players, which you have agreed with, but you still can't grasp giving a new manager a chance. It's mind boggling. But I guess you could just be on a wind up like the rest of the Arteta haters. I would hate to think that some Arsenal fans are really that ignorant.

Our friend Mustafi with a terrible mistake leading to Luiz fouling Abraham and being sent off and giving away a penalty. Meanwhile waiting on the bench was a guy who should have started instead of Mustafi, Holding.

Arteta is going to Arteta

You were spot on about Ancelotti as well, he's winning again.

LOOOOOOOL

Everton 2-2 Newcastle

Pipe down

That's will still be a point more than Guardiola lite

Funny how you still get a point for coming from a goal down twice to losing a 2 goal lead
Almost as funny as supporting another team during an Arsenal game
