A much needed win

Apart from ozil, auba, martinelli and some more others cant play simple lines and dont play quick.

Alexis ozil giroud arsenal few years back would have shipped 5 past west ham today.

Simple passes we dont play. Dross.

nice scenes at the end.

Freddie needs to keep pushing an identity on this team though, if we're going to become a winger orientated 4-3-3 then I'm up for that, just needs to tidy up our weaknesses i.e the defence is still fkin awful.

Get us to January and AFC NEED to buy CB's.

It's been a while.
Good times.
Someone said I shouldn't be happy Xhaka got smashed in the face. Sorry, can't help being delighted. Hopefully it happens to him every game until he effs off.

Honestly don’t know why we’ve never really tried it. Since he gave up running as much with the ball he might as well play the passes from CM. He’d need Torreira next to him for sure but can’t be worse than granit and it allows us to play a pace attack.

Reckon a flat 4-3-3 with 'Douzi, Ozil, and Torreira would work well.

Happy with that come back and result. Pepe man of the match. Torriera was really good. Credit to Martinelli for scoring that goal and working his socks off. Chambers was decent. AMN filled in well at RB. 3 points. Well done, Freddie.

I think our biggest issue is at FB.
Bellerin being injured helped us tonight... We were not as bad as usual.

West Ham's midfield of Nolan and Rice was a train wreck.

I don't understand how Rice plays for the english national team.
All physical no technical or passing ability at all.

England are that shit, that's why!

Noble should just retire man, honestly i though Ozil was slow but jeez, Noble... passenger!

Agree though with the sentiment, i'm happy we won finally and we won't go down but this is West Ham having as much issues as we do at least on the pitch, they are tragic, even in the fist half, you could see they are a dreadful side. Happy for Pepe and Martinelli's quality changed the momentum i feel with that goal!

Skeletor's Dad needs to go!

Yep. He can help us so much more when dropping a little deeper to build play and especially when Xhaka is struggling to do anything decent.

Martinelli was our best player.
2 great moments from Pepe.
Ozil also good.

All that matter today was winning. Stopped the rot and gave them belief, any win was necessary.

Delighted with the win, but it was against a very poor team.

Much needed win, but I won't be getting excited.

Rafa wants the job, that comment and smile said it all.

Thank God for the front today, a desperately needed result.
