Maybe it's more clear and acceptable to state the obvious. We need 20 new players in the squad. At least 15 should be sold in January.

This team is substandard. We need a new attacking mid, we need a proper powerhouse midfielder. We could do with another backup keeper and maybe more defenders.

We may need to replace Auba, Laca or both when they walk out to a team actually going places. The crisis has just started and this sadly will get worse.
