Assuming Niles is injured:

Martinez
Bellerin? Holding(c)? Medley? Tierney?
Xhaka
ESR --- Willock
Martinelli --- Jules? --- Nelson

Subs: Leno, Chambers, Bellerin?, Torreira, Ceballos, Pepe, Saka
Ramsdale
(Turner/Hein)
White Saliba Gabriel Zinchenko
(Tomiyasu/Niles) (Timber/Holding) (Trusty/Kiwior) (Tierney/Tavares)
Odegaard(c) —- Rice
(Xhaka/Lokonga) —- (Partey/Elneny)
Havertz
(Jorginho/Vieira)
Saka Jesus Martinelli
(Pepe/Nelson) (Nketiah/Balogun) (Trossard/ESR)

I like that, I just fear Bellerin and Tierney won't be ready yet, but I would consider starting Mavropanos as he played 90 minutes with the U23 and didn't look bad on Friday. I would play :
Martinez
Mustafi - Holding - Mavropanos - Medley

with the same midfield and attack you suggested

Even home in a cup game I'd rather see a young prospect over Xhaka

I'm so done with that idiot

With the feel good factor around the club atm, might be a good time to go to a game.

Is this on general sale?

I would start Martinelli, Nelson and Smith-Rowe and let Saka play in the EPL.

Fair shout, I guess Saka played 45 mins 2 days ago as well so maybe he won't be as fresh as the other lads. My thought process is to see him get as much time as possible on the pitch and see just how far he can take his opportunity of game time. Probably wouldn't be fair on the other lads you have mentioned though who deserve their chance of minutes to impress and try to break in.
