our squad is riddled with B and C players

former giod playes whove lost the plot (ozil mhiki)

a B level striker who though scoring alot misses too many chances to ever be considered A level.

our defense is C level with occasional B performers is Sokraitis and Kos... what we are is a team whi battle like hell for the slight possibility of UCL qualification with absolutely NO CHANCE of winning it if we do get in... thats a decade long thing, at least.

If your grades are based on exams then C is very generous for our defence. C is an exam pass.
More like E. Horrible fail.

The problem is they keep getting to retake the same exam over and over again and still fall short.

If Arsenal were a school they would be put under special measures by now.

Our defence is more like mid table, so let's settle on a D.

Players don't give a toss ... Ozil, Mkhi, Laca, Auba ... seen arguments that this is the most talented front four in the EPL, and they might be ... but what utter shit today, my gardener puts in more effort than these c**** did tonight and he died two years ago. Utter feckin' disgrace.

This is my first matchday related post on the forum, so where do I begin. I was there yesterday and the usual suspects did their best (and succeeded) in making our club a laughing stock once again.

The harsh reality is this team isn't good enough to play in the CL, there are several players that are not worthy of playing for a top 6 side. In particular Xhaka (poor mans petit), Mikhi (was he really any good at Dortmund) and Mustafi (how the f**k did he play in a WC final!) can take a one way ticket out of Arsenal for all I care.

If we do miraculously qualify through the Europa League, does the owner have the ambition to put the money up required to make us competitive in the PL let alone the CL.
Arsenal fans who hate other clubs more than Tottenham? Really!!

I’m concerned about the players’ mentality and our other path into the CL. The expressions on some of the players’ faces at the end of this was not a good sign.
Ramsdale
(Turner/Hein)
White Saliba Gabriel Zinchenko
(Tomiyasu/Niles) (Timber/Holding) (Trusty/Kiwior) (Tierney/Tavares)
Odegaard(c) —- Rice
(Xhaka/Lokonga) —- (Partey/Elneny)
Havertz
(Jorginho/Vieira)
Saka Jesus Martinelli
(Pepe/Nelson) (Nketiah/Balogun) (Trossard/ESR)

What was the look? I was too disgusted to continue watching the aftermath. We're they bemused? Pissed off? Dejected?

Remember that infamous Gallas tantrum against Birmingham? That was pretty much the vibe I was getting from a lot of our players

Their heads drop far too quickly for me.

And as a team they can’t handle any pressure on the pitch at all. They panic and make mistakes.

They’ve got no fight in them.

If all is rosy in the garden they’re fine, and play with their tails up and free flowing confidence. If they are put under any sort of pressure and need to dig deep and fight for something, they completely lose it. They lose confidence, they lose the ability to defend, to pass the ball, to finish...
