He f***ked up every single final third action for 89 minutes but that one cross was perfect.

Close to in bounds

Curling in to out, giving keeper an early dilemma to go or stick to position

High enough so keeper couldnt reach

Aimed perfectly at target

Enough dip in trajectory for an easy connection

Perfect speed to track the ball for auba to set and then strike

That cross was f***ing beautiful

Lmao he clearly has no clue, I’ve got it for £400 return if I want it.

Happy with the result, didn’t watch it live and I know Laca and Aubameyang work their socks off.

Why can’t they do this every game????

You guys will never learn, will ya?

As it stands, Valencia are going through. We have 90 minutes to play still at the Mestalla. And, we have Xhaka and Mustafi out there.

90 mins still left, you toaster.

Tbh I had no faith after they scored inside 10 minutes. The way they started I thought it was going to be another collapse and pure mistakes. We actually did well against a very organized and slick attacking team.

Their only problem was finishing as we could have easily been toast inside 15 mins

Yeah.

Still a long way to go. It's just half-time. We really need to go there and play our best away game, which isn't saying much per se, but yeah—we need to be on top of our game next week.

Brilliant win, was great being so high up at the grove, seeing everything. We still have work to do at the Mestalla, we got to score once at least, make sure we setup like we did against Napoli which will force them to come at us and they will have to leave gaps for us to counter.

I'm confident since this Emery's old backyard and he will know Valencia very well. I don't care whos in the final with us me must smash them!

Last night I was actually typing 'has Kolasinac got a decent cross in all evening?' when he made that cross.

Kola’ s vying with Iwobi for the worst final ball ever, which made me think that cross must have been a miskick! However, I’m prepared to give him the benefit of the doubt and call it majestic instead!

9 assists for Kolasinac this season.
7 for Iwobi.

Flawed players but they've contributed more in assists where more skilled and highly paid players haven't.

It was deliberate and beautiful.

Just watched it again on the highlights and he looks up, then looks again, picks out Auba and chips that little beauty to the back post. Aubas movement was key also. He totally destroys the defender and keeper by moving forward then taking a couple of steps back to meet the ball.

Our full backs tend to have this issue of not being able to cross. An addition of a couple of wingers would make a huge difference.

Valencia fans are racist nazis. They have always had this problem going all the way back to Franco.
