09/02/19 | Huddersfield Town 1-2 Arsenal | Premier League

Dreadful line up with 3 at the back and Mchi and Iwobi.

No Özil, no Ramsey, no Auba and no Xhaka in the squad. Maybe all rested for the EL?

Emery probably gave up on top 4 and will throw his whole weight at Europe

3 at the back

This is definitely our most attacking formation bar maybe 4231

Good team.

Auba was ill. Not sure what's wrong with Ozil but no Xhaka makes it a good team

Iwobi should have been dropped, if he doesn't have faith in Suarez for Huddersfield why even get him FFS.

Could have played nkietah with pea out to.

Clearly 3 at the back.

I know there's been some illness in the squad, but that's a tremendously disappointing team. Mustafi, Iwobi and 5 at the back, awful. Really wanted to see Mavrapanos and Suarez start, oh well.

Not sure what more Emery could have done, to be honest?

It's not like he had a plethora of options available.

Ozil and Aubameyang ill, Xhaka still recovering and Ramsey has a knee injury.

You could maybe make a case for the likes of Saka or Willock pushing for a starting berth, but it's huge pressure and expectations on them. Suarez isn't fit to start either.

What else could we have done differently?

What's the point of bringing Suarez on a loan, if he cant start against the worst team in the league, with injuries/sickness to others??

Go ahead, explain.

we may win we may not. But once again coward team selection. 5 at the back against the worst team in the league. 1 striker and 2 inconsistent players behind him. I really cant wait to see this midtable manager leave until he achieves his goal and make us midtable

Back in December were exasperatingly underwhelming against Huddersfield and with a stronger squad. Torreira's late acrobatic winner was the difference between a win and a drop of 2 points.

Considering our away form I wouldn't be surprised if we were to struggle again today. Then again, I also wouldn't be surprised if we put 3 past them considering how sub-par they are.

Worth mentioning they haven't scored in over 8.5 hours.
