Question for you giys who believes manager should have his own team. If emery says he want to sell laca....should the boatd back him? Im not saying he is hazard or pogba level. But their managers didnt like them and their clubs sided with the player

I think it was midfield that was super bad, Xhaka apart from the goal and two other good runs forward was IMO very bad today. Doozey works hard, but with a static Xhaka next to him there is no chance to control the game. When your midfield is too open every single defence is going to struggle e.g. city and spurs recently. And this is my criticism for majority of the games, we just do not control midfield and one pass is enough to create a goal scoring opportunity against us.
We are just stronger with 3 midfielders.

First half was absolutely shocking before the goal tbf.

After that it was all us.

Can anyone explain why we didn't get a penalty for that laca incident because it looked like there was no contact with the ball and he literally steam rolled laca from my stream.

Also, torriera got blatantly taken out for their goal, how was that foul not called or the multiple others once they'd scored.

Generally, defence is still a massive concern, but mostly becuase were missing bellerin and holding.

AMN and Kos are still finding their feet following major injuries.

Mustafi is apparently still struggling with injury.

Licht needs to be ejected.

The squad is so thin atm because we're only just addressing holes in the squad for the first 11, instead of adding proper alternatives to an established 11 like everyone else and it really shows.

We need investment so badly.

Under funded squad, injuries and his two best midfielders are either injured, not doing what he wants or are leaving.

Unless Misinslat gets funds for one or two signings in January then what is there to do?

The 2nd half formation and team is the best he can field until then.

I would sack Bould though if I were him, stealing a living training our defence since Wenger times, another remnant.
