Yes this sort of result happened regularly under Wenger, but you don't need to change personnel to make the team work better as a unit defensively. You need to drill defensively, you need to go over and over and over it until the players are in sync with one another. The players should have it by now, it doesn't take that long to learn patterns of play and movement, they train every day FFS.

We should be seeing an improvement but we are just as bad.

Emery gets a grade E for the first half of the season. Piss poor for the most part and needs to do much better.

None of these are Wenger players.

Whenever Bellerin is not available, we should play Mustafi or Elneny as right back in a 442, just stay back to defend and kick the ball up field. At least staying back these 2 can do the header and have decent pace to defend right.

Also we need to start Aubameyang and Lacazette for all important games, because our midfield and defenders are not good enough, they r the only 2 players that can help us get the 3pts.

1 point from 3 games over Xmas has shown that Emeri is either not as good a manager as many on here thought OR as i am beginning to think he has 'done a Wenger' and trying to show the Board that NEW players are required in January.

Remember we have a tradition of not spending in the January window. If anything the LIverpool result shows how desperate we are.

If we carry on like the last 3 games even the Euroopa League next season is in question.

Yeah, under Wenger, we'd be playing Niles RB and losing 5-0 while playing Bellerin LB to accommodate Niles who'd be moving to Liverpool when the transfer window opened

elbow does give you the right to elbow someone which gives you the right to punch someone. All I know is lich is a very sly and dirty player and he tries sh1t like this every match. Glad someone gave him some of his medicine
