Genuinely think we don't need 5 or 6 players like some might think on here. Liverpool are not filled with quality throughout, but they have 3 or 4 key team players and good players with the right tactics and mentality. Robertson, Lovren, Arnold, Wijnaldum are not amazing players, I'd put them in the bracket of Bellerin, Papa, Laca (might be unfair), Kola (Might be generous).

It's just that we need two windows where we buy 2 top quality players in each, whilst Emery still pushes his style and tactics onto the team

It’s pretty obvious to me that our defense was shite before we lost monreal, bell Erin holding and kos....so it’s not easy gelling a bunch of mediocre players into a unit as we can see.

When bellers, mustafi, Holding and monreal were all fit they looked okay....but now it’s a total shambles. Second rate and unfit players combining to achieve just appalling defending!
