I can get behind this, although I don't think Iwobi deserves the nod ahead of Ozil.

But he's played well enough that if he does start I won't complain.

Wondering what formation Emery is favouring now?

We tried the 3-4-3 which didn't work for us, we then tried the 4-4-2 for half a game in Fulham, I think it got mixed results, goals but ceded possession a lot.

I still think Emery will opt for the 4-2-3-1 in general.

The starting formation for this next game will be very telling for the rest of the season as it will show the set up Emery is preferring having now tried three various ones.

The one thing that was impressive was how our players adapted to each formation though, I thought they got the hang of 4-4-2 very quickly if not immediately.

Would accept any win

With this Bastard international break it's essential not to lose momentum

Agreed but I think how prepared Emery always has them is key to things like this.

They will be thoroughly prepared and fit and that will be a key difference to the lethargic performances we had from Wenger's teams after a break.

I remember the disasters we used to have first game of the season.
