True we are paying £14 million interest and £6 million actual debt off per year with it due to be gone by 2031 but I think the Puma deal will help with that when it kicks in.

WTF you talking about.

We won a vital match to help us achieve our goal of CL football. Should we have been more concerned with the retirement of your average goal keeper.

You were there for f***ing ages, man. Show some respect. You know for a fact if it was the other way around, Newcastle fans would show respect.
Typically arrogant for cockneys.

I'm obviously missing something, what does it matter how long we were there for. :dizzy:

I think you need to know your place,, teams like yours are there just to make up the numbers. You were lucky not to get relegated.... Again.

Your small club, end of.. :sneaky2:

Ha ha.
Small club that gets 52,000 every week, sells out every away allocation, 10th highest average attendance in Europe, 20th richest club in the world, 9th in the ALL TIME table, 8th most succesful club.

We're not a big club, not saying that. But we're not a small club either..

Anyways, like I've said. Well done on getting fourth. Arsenal are a club I quite like. But there's nothing wrong with showing some respect.

Le Chat is the designated troll dude. He doesn't represent us...

Yeah Max too shouldn't let trolls change his views

Could not agree with Gary Neville more, a man I detested as a player but as a pundit is actually quite brilliant. He is right our moment is now, the table is set, those around us are not on the steadiest of ground but we really have to come through pre-season looking in a galvanized state as opposed the shambolic mish mash we usually go into the new season in.

He is, i think future gooner's could look back on this as a turning point for Arsenal, hopefully setting ourselves up as giants of the game for good.

Its just like the recession tho imho, we happen to be the unlucky generation who have to skip a go to pay for future suceess.
Although have lived through 5 x Leagues 5 x FA 3 x LC and the ECWC and im only mid 20's..

Not too shabby :dontknow:

Some say the stadium debt has been completely paid off some say that it hasn't yet. Which is it? :dizzy:

Are there any particular sources on this, and how much stadium debt are we wiping off per annum?

It was paid off years ago, they are just taking money out of the club for themselves.

The debt is most definitely not paid off and won't be for quite a while - we're on the long term bonds though and while it does mean we have to be careful it's entirely manageable, especially now the two new shirt deals give us that guaranteed yearly income. Still, wages creep so the commercial team will have to continue to grow the business and now they can't rely on the shirt deals they'll have to do a much better job than their first 3 years.
