Szczesny
Sagna Mertesacker Koscielny Vermaelen
Arteta Rosicky
Walcott Wilshere Cazorla
Podolski

- Best finisher in the striker role
- Midfield that can press and attack directly
- Walcott to combat Alaba going forward

I agree, but Rosicky misplaced a lot of passes in the first half yesterday. If he does that against Bayern, they'd punish us. How would Coquelin do in that role?

Bit of a big game to throw Coquelin in although I do like him

Yes, but I think Rosicky would be too lightweight. That's the area I'm torn on.

We need Mertesacker and Vermaelen in the middle IMO.

I'd give Meade a game at LB, none of this playing people out of position rubbish. He's played without fear in every game for the club so far.

The team surely has to be
Szczesny
Sagna Mertesacker Koscielny Vermaelen
Arteta Wilshere
Walcott Cazorla Podolski
Giroud

This isn't the time to experiment.

The fans atmosphere vs Schalke at home in the group stage was disgraceful. Hopefully, that's doesn't happen again here. We need them to be the 12th man and pump up the players.
