I'm having nightmares thinking that if Brighton can score two against us, what would Munich do to us?

Weakened team and all, but it's not like our first team has been bossing shit.

@greengoonerie: Yes, it was. 4 defenders and 1 goalie were ballwatching and beaten by 2 attackers. Nobody moved and Szczesny did not even raise his hands to attack the ball.

'Wenger Out' banner

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/footba ... -quit.html

I recall seeing that flag being posted around twitter a year or so ago.

That's not how football works though.

United scored 8 against us - not much later we scored 10 goals in 2 games against Chelsea and Tottenham

I'm actually happy to be the underdog against Bayern - if they come here with the wrong attitude I can see us actually beat them just like Bate Borisov did with 3-1.

Yes, but look at the players we had against United and then compare the team to the one that beat Chelsea and Spurs. Wenger went 4-3-3 for the game against United with half of our players missing. We had to eat dirt there--only it was a lot worse. Sometimes I feel Wenger intentionally did that against United so that he could wrap up the deadline deals.

He didnt need a reason to wrap up deadline deals. That result 'forced' him into the transfer market.

That's very true - the Bayern game could still go many ways, yes they are miles ahead of us in terms of individual quality but then again football is and will always be a weird little game with plenty of unexpected outcomes. This is not me implying we're 'definitely' going to beat Bayern - not by any means but we do have a chance against them, not a big one but still a chance.

Why was the fan thrown out for showing a banner?

apparently the geezers with the banner took a slap and then those involved got ejected.

everyones entitled to an opinion, but taking a banner to an arsenal game slagging off the manager is a c*** move imo. the match day should be about supporting the players and manager, not arguing amongst ourselves about opinions and trying to coat off the manager/certain players.

besides, it ain't even wengers doing all this stuff, if it were a 'board out' banner that'd have been a bit different. but wengers a legend of this club and deserves a tiny bit more respect than that, whether you want him still managing or not.

I don't think the banner was too bad.

Iy wasn't just 'Wenger out' or 'Wenger you're a c***' or something like that.

+1
WOB have the right to think whatever they want but they should keep it outside of the ground if they want to protest, away from the players. Also, It's not really the 'Arsenal way'.
