Its games like these that this formation doesn't work, especially with theo upfront. I think out of giroud and theo it would be giroud who would be better today, all our chances are coming from wide areas and theo is about 5ft tall. I think switching to 4-4-2 though on days like today would cause the opposition more problems, this 4 5 1 does not work when teams sit back and get men behind the ball, there never seems like their are enough options up front when its tight. Something needs to change second half either way as we can't afford to slip up

I know, I was expecting the standard 75th minute substitution when we are already 3-1 down!

can you please do us a favour and stick to your word by quietly f*cking off - like you said you would last season after declaring newcastle would finish above us. to go with saying you hope both united and yids "hammer us" both this year and last as well as the several other games you pop up on here to state how much you want us to lose. you ain't no supporter, bore off to a *** or city forum.

yes those stupid rules
you score a goal the other team score a goal you both get a point
southampton should be given 3 points for pluck
what a load of bollocks
that ball goes between them posts you deserve it
hand wringing is bollocks

Would you agree Southampton should have got the 3 points then seeing as they had a goal disallowed that should have stood?

Even Wenger said after the match that we got more than we deserved on the day...
