That's what I was thinking when people were talking about going on a good run... 1 result doesn't change our need for players in key departments.

Great game offensively, Cazorla Poldi Ox Wilshere and Arteta mastered the pitch, Gibbs was also good except for his part of the goal. It's a shame we didn't have a clean sheet but at least we looked like a team again.

Bit funny we're having a horrible season so far and we're only 2 points from 4th place, says something about the league this year..

No one thought the title last season would be decided by the last kick of the game on the last day in injury time, but it happened. That's the beautiful thing about football, you can't write or predict it.

Not saying it will happen but we can dream!

This. Weve pulled back bigger gaps (then thrown them away again) but still, there is absolutely no need to throw in the towel just yet. At least wait until 8 games to go with a 15 point gap, if we are in that situation, to give up...

Yeah apart from the Manchester teams, almost everybody is capable of beating one another. We will most likely finish 4th some 20 points off the title winner and Wenger would still hail it as a great achievement.

Good game tonight, we really played well with lots of movement up front which i haven't seen for a while. Looks like wenger has finally cracked under the pressure as well, theo upfront, benching gervinho and chambo on the right rather than ramsey. Maybe next week he will try 4-4-2 .

Attack was good but the defence was shakey all game, thankfully the few times they got in in the first half didn't pay off for them. Cazorla got the hatTrick but Podolski should get a lot of credit as well. Good win overall, hopefully we build on this.

Pod defo needs recognition for his shift today. He really forced the situation with the opening goal and made sure the ball stayed buried and thats exactly what you need atm.

Im hoping against hope that seeing Walcott steaming clear of the defence time and time again may have jogged Wengers memory of when we used to laugh at offside traps in a 4-4-2 formation.

Think of Walcott feeding off of Girouds knockdowns.... :)

not sure if this has been touched on but Sagna wasnt arguing with Santi if anyone saw and read into that incorrectly. The ref wasn't giving the ball and Sagna got vexed with the ref and told Santi 'GO GET THE BALL!'

I've done a write up for the first time on my blog and tweeted for the first time. some support fellow Gooners :)

If we go 4-4-2, I'd rather have Podolski paired with Walcott or Giroud... he's a better striker than either of them.

I think Sagna had some beef with a Reading player and Verms was telling him to leave it.

Leave it, yeah?

Santi looked a bit shook, it looked as though he may of thought Sagna was pissed with him. I thought it was the collection of the match ball

My favourite part of the match was Jack getting booked for getting kicked in the balls. Apparently that's an offence.

It wasn't that challenge that he got booked for.
